We deliver our products locally via Skynet. Please ensure that the receiver’s name, address, postal code and mobile number are accurate on your order. You will receive an SMS notification from our delivery provider, Skynet, when your order is on it’s way to your local shipping address.

 OVERSEAS DELIVERY

We currently deliver to Singapore, any part of South East Asia, Australia & more. Shipping charges applies. The Wallet Shop is not responsible for any tax charges that may incur from the country the products are being delivered to. Any custom duties or tax charges are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay the custom duties or tax charges will result to a forfeit of the order and we will not be refunding the order at all.

Customers may select from either DHL Express or Skynet (For selected South East Asia Regions). Shipping fees will be calculated automatically based on the courier service selected.

TERMS OF USE

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be liable for.

Also, if you entrust others to receive the package on your behalf, The Wallet Shop will not bear the responsibility in the case of loss or damage arising from this entrustment. However, we will do what we can on our end to verify this entrustment before handing the package over. The Wallet Shop reserves the rights to fulfill/unfulfill/cancel any order(s) if the item(s) does not pass the Quality Checks done by our warehouse.

Kindly ensure that the delivery address and the receiver’s name are correct. Returns due to incorrect addresses will be charged for a new shipping fee.

Delivery to restricted addresses and locations will be treated as void shipments. If in cases where a delivery address falls within a restricted address, we will not be responsible for re-delivery requests. Please make sure that your delivery address that is stated in your order does not fall into this category of addresses and locations. Common restricted addresses include, military/naval/airforce camps/bases, airports, prisons, high security buildings, restricted government offices, embassies, off shore islands, etc.
