How do I apply for the VIP membership?

To join us as a member, all you need to do is to either make a purchase at our online store (https://sg.thewalletshop.com/) or at any one of our retail stores in Singapore.

You are entitled to a Silver membership if you purchase anything below S$1000. If you purchase S$1000 and above of products, you are entitled to a Gold membership.

For a Silver member to become a Gold member, you can accumulate purchases up to a total value of S$1000. You can make your purchases in-store and online to be eligible for this upgrade. Your transition from Silver to Gold membership will be automatically activated.

Your membership is non-transferable and valid only for registered customers. Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of privileges will result in the termination of membership by The Wallet Shop. The Wallet Shop reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of its programme without prior notice. The decision of The Wallet Shop shall be final and binding in the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with transactions made with membership privileges.

What are the VIP membership privileges?

Can I use the promo codes I receive via email at retail stores?

Unfortunately, all promo codes are exclusive to online purchases only.
To use your promo code online, enter the code at the checkout page and make sure you have signed into your account when making the online purchase.

How do I activate my member privileges?

Your membership privileges will be activated after 7 working days.

Members will receive an exclusive promo code via their registered email.

Can I get to enjoy the member privileges immediately on the purchase which qualifies me to be a member?

No, your privileges can only be used after your membership has been activated, which will take up to 7 working days.

Can i enjoy my membership privileges in overseas stores?

Member privileges are only valid in the location where the privilege membership has been registered. Memberships registered through The Wallet Shop retail stores overseas and on other sites are not valid at The Wallet Shop retail stores in Singapore and online at https://sg.thewalletshop.com/ (Singapore site).

Will my privilege membership expire?

No, your privilege membership will not expire.

  7. Privileges are not applicable for the purchase of gift vouchers, special project items or sale and promotional items, unless otherwise stated.
